Remove people, vehicles and other moving subjects from a video and rebuild the background behind them. You get an empty clean plate of the same shot, with the camera motion unchanged.

Why use the crowd remover?

1

People and cars removed automatically

There is nothing to mark or track. Pedestrians and vehicles are found and removed across the whole clip.

2

Add anything else

List extra things that should disappear, such as a bicycle or a dog, separated by commas.

3

A true clean plate

The background is rebuilt behind every subject, and the output keeps the original aspect ratio and camera movement.

How it works

01

Upload video

Add an MP4, WebM or MOV up to 2 minutes and 100MB. We read the duration locally to estimate credits.

02

Choose options

Pick 480p, 720p or 1080p, and optionally list other things to remove besides people and vehicles.

03

Download

Processing runs in the cloud. Preview and download the clean clip from the panel or your history.

FAQ

People and vehicles, such as pedestrians, cyclists, cars and buses, are removed automatically. You do not need to describe them.

Type them in the "Also remove" box, separated by commas, for example "bicycle, dog". They are removed together with the people and vehicles.

Shots where enough background is visible around the subjects, for example people walking through a street or square. Very dense crowds that cover the whole frame are harder to rebuild.

The video length is rounded up to the next second, with a 3-second minimum and a 120-second maximum, then multiplied by the rate for your resolution: 4 credits/s at 480p, 8 at 720p and 20 at 1080p. A 10-second clip at 720p costs 80 credits.
